BatumiReviews publishes reviews and ranked lists of businesses in Batumi, Georgia, in Georgian, English, Russian and Turkish. It is written by the BatumiReviews Team.

The order of every list and every "best for" pick is the editorial judgement of the BatumiReviews Team, made under the checks and rules set out on our method page. Our verdicts are opinions. You may weigh the same facts differently.

Prices, ratings, opening details and other facts carry the date we checked them. We re-check every listed business each month and update a list when something changes. Businesses change their prices and services between our checks, so confirm what matters to you with the business before you book or pay.

A place on a list, a pick or a good review is not a guarantee of the service you will receive. Any agreement you make is between you and the business. BatumiReviews is not a party to it and is not responsible for the services that businesses provide, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here is legal, medical or financial advice.

If something we published is wrong, write to info@batumireviews.ge. Name the page, quote the sentence, say what is wrong, and send any evidence you have.

• We confirm we have your message within 2 working days.
• We tell you what we decided within 10 working days.
• While we check, we may hold back or soften a disputed sentence.
• We then correct it, clarify it, or keep it, and we tell you why.
• Every correction is listed, with its date, in our corrections log.

If we keep a statement that a listed business disputes, the business may send a short factual reply, and we add it to the corrections log next to our decision. We correct facts that are wrong. We do not remove a review or a listing because a business asks us to.

You may read BatumiReviews freely and share links to it. You may quote a short passage with credit to BatumiReviews and a link to the page. You may not copy the site in bulk, republish our reviews as your own, frame the site, or try to break into it or overload it.

The text, lists and design of BatumiReviews belong to BatumiReviews. Photographs belong to their photographers and are used under the licences shown in our photo credits. To reuse a photograph, follow its own licence.

We link to businesses and other sites so you can check them yourself. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you are there.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, BatumiReviews is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site or from a service provided by a business we list. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and does not allow to be taken away.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia.

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date below shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
