It is first for the strongest overall stay on this list, and its location and its staff across departments are its strengths. It opened in December 2025, was officially opened on 13 June 2026 and has 57 rooms, with staff who speak English, Russian and Georgian.

The outdoor pool was in use in July and September 2026. Its indoor pool was listed as closed for renovation on 12 October 2026. Breakfast is poor value at times. What to know before you pick a Batumi hotel
Breakfast is priced separately at the four big Old Boulevard chain hotels. Apart from Colosseum Marina, whose board was not shown for its 18 to 19 November 2026 rate, no hotel on this list showed an all-inclusive rate on its own booking page on the dates read. No hotel on this list sits on the sand; the seafront hotels are across the Boulevard. A hotel's star rating is its own label, because Georgia has no legal hotel star system.
The pebbled city beach is about 7 km long, and a lounger was capped at 10 GEL (about USD 4) a day in summer 2026. Pay in lari even when the room is quoted in USD or EUR. Smoking is banned inside hotels, with an exception for casinos. Radisson, Indigo, ibis Styles and Alliance Palace showed a member or sign-up rate for the November night: Radisson had EUR 128 against EUR 150, and Alliance had 145.80 GEL against 162 GEL.
In New Boulevard towers, private owners let flats under a building or hotel name, while the operator's reception may not have those bookings. Book with the operator or ask the seller to confirm its role in writing.
Arriving in Batumi
Batumi airport has bus No 10 to the centre in about 20 minutes, and taxis take 10 to 15 minutes. Bus No 10 costs 0.70 GEL (about USD 0.27), paid with a contactless Batumi Card. Bolt operates in Batumi, including airport rides. Georgian Bus runs from Kutaisi airport arrivals to Batumi in about two hours, timed to flights.
Since 1 January 2026, tourists entering Georgia need health and accident insurance of at least 30,000 GEL for the whole stay. Citizens of the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman may stay visa-free for one year; Indian citizens have a 90-day visa-free route with a qualifying visa or residence permit.
